| With clients from all over the UK as well
as Europe and the United States, Kredenza’s designers travel
many miles each year to provide a bespoke service. After careful consideration
and discussions with clients, the following terms have been drawn
up for our employment. Design For clients who have had plans drawn up and can provide copies of these along with a written specification, we will provide a fixed price quote. Alternatively, if plans are available, we can draw up a specification to a client’s budget. Both of these services are provided free of charge by post or through visits to the Kredenza show room. If dimensions and photographs are available, then a design, proposed layout and specification can be provided to the client’s budget without charge. Computer images and design sketches will be supplied upon receipt of order. Clients within the M25 who require a site visit to carry out a full survey prior to provision of a design, will be charged £350, paid in advance. For clients outside the M25, an additional sum will be added for travel expenses. In both cases this sum will be deducted from the final invoice if the work is carried out. For clients who require computer images or scale drawings, a fee of £500 is payable for the images or £1,000 for the drawings. These sums would be deducted from the final bill. General Once a fixed quotation has been accepted, a deposit of 50% of the total cost, including VAT will be required. Clients are then sent a full set of drawings within the next seven to ten days. Once the final drawings have been agreed, two copies should be signed and one returned to us. Upon receipt, production will be completed in approximately six to ten weeks. All cabinets will be fully assembled in our workshop. Prior to delivery, clients will be invited to inspect and approve their order. Upon approval, the balance of payment for manufacture is due. Once this has been received, the order will be wrapped and delivered within seven days. Installation will take five to ten days and a Kredenza representative will be on hand to ensure installation is to your satisfaction. The final payment for installation is due within 10 days. |
